Lady

Lady is 3yrs old. She was recently abandoned in a rural home with her 9 puppies. The babies were all adopted. She is very good with dogs and children. Lady would do well in a home with a fenced in yard so she could run. She loves the outdoors and getting lots of attention. She is spayed and up to date on all her vaccines. Don't pass this girl up, she's a beauty!

Jack

Jack is a lovable mild mannered 6 year old jack russell. His owner passed away 5 years ago and her son could no longer care for him so he brought him to the KCHF. Jack is very well behaved and still has quite a bit of energy for being 6 years old. He is fully vaccinated and is neutered. Jack is a little timid around other dogs and he is still getting used to it here, with a little time he will adjust just fine. Jack is housebroken and would do well in a home where the owners are home most of the time. Come see if this little guy will win you over.

Cheyanne-adoption pending

Cheyanne is a very lovable 4 year old pit mix. She was adopted from the Animal Foundation but was returned because her owners could no longer care for her so she had to come back to us. Cheyanne is very friendly towards everybody but she does not know what to make of other dogs yet. She could stand to lose some weight since she is a little heavy, with plenty of love and exercise Cheyanne will make someone a very great pet and companion.

Ranga

Ranga is a very calm mild mannered lady. Although she is almost 9 years old she has a lot of spunk. Ranga was adopted from us once before, unfortunately her human mother passed away and she had to come back here. Ranga is housebroken and enjoys being around people. If you are looking for a quiet mild mannered dog then Ranga is your girl.

Buddy

Buddy is a handsome Am Staff/lab mix. He is a sweet , friendly, and gentle three year old rescue who is quick to trust. Buddy has received training and knows basic commands and the proper way to walk on a leash. Having other pets is not a problem as he gets along great with cats and other dogs. After several years of neglect, Buddy is ready to receive and give lots of love. Buddy is neutered, micro chipped and UTD on shots. Won’t you give Buddy a home to call his own?

Krypto

Krypto is a very handsome 1 1/2 year old beagle/basset mix. He is fully vaccinated and is neutered. Krypto came from a foster home along with his brother Wags; he is a little on the timid side but he is extremely friendly. Krypto seems to be housebroken since he has not gone in his cage while being sheltered here. He is more comfortable while around his brother, but should adjust quickly on his own.

Charlotte and Maribelle came to us from a high kill facility. They are extremely sweet and a little shy. They really love being together and would be ideal if they could find a home together. China

China is a 4 year old female Black Lab Mix. Spayed, micro-chipped and house trained, China is affectionate and obeys commands. She was abandoned by her owners who left China with no food or water. China's neighbor had a kind heart and gave her food and water before calling KCHF. China needs a home without small animals or children. She should be an only pet.
